Teatime in Japan
In Japan, sweets are often served at teatime.
We generally cut sweets into pieces, skewer them, and eat them. Japanese culture values graceful movements, so we cut Japanese sweets into pieces and skewer them when eating. Japanese people used to use picks made of bamboo or wood for this process.
